If you want a targeted fans, you can scrape your competitors fans and similar groups fans and add them to your friend list , everyday add like 250-300 friends and invite them, or you can message them automatically to like your page

Or you can post some good images using your fan page link on similar groups

So you can laser target and grow your page using facedominator,
