Ebay Dropshipping and ebay account hold

im trying dropship on ebay through method i read here on blackhat, but i receive a hold. how are users dropshipping methods suggest when their ebay holds the money thus preventing you to use buyer money to purchase off amazon?

they won't hold it forever, they'll hold it for 21 days, that's usual for new accounts. And also if you are from a third world country, this happened to me too when I was starting out and my main address is from the Philippines. I may be wrong though, never hurts to read their guidelines...

You only get paypal holds for 3 days after confirmed delivery of items on ebay, so unless you have a very low limit CC it shouldnt be a problem. Its typical to receive those paypal payments within 7 days of the sale if you order the shipments same day. All CC only charge interest after 21 days.

Yes, but at first you need to prove to ebay and paypal that you are a trusted seller. So you must have a history of sales for at least 90 days before the holds are removed.

Besides, you can't buy items off Amazon with paypal directly anyways, so you're either using a middleman like giftcardgranny for buying amazon GCs with paypal, or you're buying GC right from amazon with your credit card.
