Recently purchased an expired domain related to Viagra with something like 3.5 million backlinks.

Total noob to this kind of thing, but what should I do?

Go to Google, and type "site:" followed by your domain name. If nothing comes up, your domain name is garbage (well, SEO garbage at least). I suggest you do some research on how to pick up good domain names in this forum, there are some excellent tutorials.

Yeah, lots of stuff pops up. The site isn't live right now though, of course. I can even see that the previous owner was running AdWords. Domain name is 17 years old.

I think you've found a volcano that's going to erupt gold bricks, if you handle this with pro hands.... Congrats, hope you'll find the right help. But also be very careful which people you'll trust. There are real experts around here, and if needed, do a jv with the right person if needed... and if you can't do it on your own... imo.
