I'm looking for cheap pop up real traffic

I know TV, LD,MT and 50onred is the best for pop up traffic but they have huge min deposit and i'm just going to try my landing page.

Anyone knows what networks/site that the min deposit is between $50-100, can target Website links and the most important is if the visitors are 100% real.

I can't open poads.net on my browser, not sure why it's blocked. So I couldn't get real view of its service. Will try using other browsers. To learn from your experience, do you think this would be good as CPV in terms of ROI?

ROI depend on effective your landing page are. I tried bid 0.02 but get lower impression, stick to 0.05 cpc is good.

I agree there are many factors that affects ROI, I'd definitely try to make my LP as appealing as possible.

Checking on the FAQ and other resources to verify effectiveness and ad types they offer.
If I can setup CPM/CPV ads targeting sites/competitors rather than simple keywords, I'd feel comfort to go with. I know 50onRed has this feature but that's too expensive for a starter.

I am using one network that I have actually found here in marketplace. I think their minimum deposit is 25$ . I am using their Native and Display Advertising but I have seen they have also POP-up and popunder channels
