Another Website for BlackHatSEO

Hello,

I am thinking of creating another website and use blackhatseo to generate leads for my business. My main business website will use white-hat techniques and it will take a while to get to top rank. My question is:

1. What's wrong in using second website for blackhat seo?
2. How long does google take to penalize the blackhatseo website?
3. Can I use my company brand on blackhatseo website? Will google penalize my brand or main website which is http://www.brand.com?
4. Can I move blackhatseo website to new domain if google penalizes it?
5. Any other drawbacks?

1. Nothing wrong with it.
2.If done right it won't get penalized.
3.you can, google will not penalize you brand site unless it is truely clear that you run both site, if it would hurt your brand site it would be more commenly used.

Thanks for reply. I'll create a new brand for blackhat seo website. Another questions is how quickly I can rank for high competition keywords. for example:

"cheap flights to europe" has 22200 searches per month. How fast can I rank my new website for this keyword to number 1 on first page using blackhatseo?

First work out how much you would make from having that term rank #1.

Then think that someone is currently making that amount, then you will know what you are up against, and an idea of what your competition is spending on SEO and an idea of what you will need to spend.

They are doing white hat seo. I am trying to be number 1 using blackhat seo. Question is how much will it take in terms of money and time to get to number 1 using blackhat seo for this term?

I bet they are doing black hat SEO, they will just be doing it well enough that it looks white hat.

Just an opinion but I am guessing it would take several months and 10k+ to rank no1 for that term.

Well, I'm guessing that keyword at number #1 is worth maybe 20k per month right ?

So is 10k that much to rank it? I don't think so.

you are right. It may be worth more than 50K per month. But I don't want to spend so much as I haven't done this before. I can partner with a blackhatseo who can push this to number and take 40% of profit each month. any takers? consider $50-$100 profit per sale and you can imagine that this partnership is fruitful to both me and blackhat guy

SEO aren't maths (at least not entirely) but if you do aggressive BHS you could rank on top after some weeks/months but it is important to know that you will go down faster if Google catches you.
If you do smart BHS, you can rank for a long time, but how long it will take will depend of your competitors's skills and the quality that has your BHS.
PS: several big companies do high quality BHS, you can't simply use BHS to outperform everyone because there is people doing excellent BHS, buying strong backlinks, PBN and more.

it can take a few weeks normally to rank #1 sometimes a little longer up to about a month or so, as for the longivety of the ranking it all depends on the level that the competition is on and ofcourse if you "whitewash" the blackhat techniques, if you do "whitewash" then they'll stay there for a frigging long time normally, unless ofcourse its an extremely blackhat niche with highly skyled BHS, but in that case you already know how to take the rankings back and even at very low cost

Trust me though, ranking for a keyword like that will be difficult, and as said above if you think almost everyone is not doing some form of bh SEO you are mistaken.

In some niches BHS can give you a big amount of money in a very short period of time, and then get penalized or banned but those niches aren't easy (because do good BHS isn't easy) and the prize is for who that finds them (that kind of niches become useless after being exploited).
Is important to remember that to what I'm doing is easy, I'm just writing about it. BHS isn't blablabla
