Hello everyone.
Firstly I'd like to thank everyone that posts on this forum. Having lurked on here for about 5 hours last night I can already see there are a ton of helpful folks who know a lot about internet marketing.
A bit about me. I'm a complete novice when it comes to promoting things and making money on the internet. I'm a novice but I'm not naïve enough to believe there are 'get rich quick' schemes that are genuine! So why am I here? I have just started a new blog about professional wrestling (I can already hear a few people laughing!). I'm not even looking to profit from this blog initially; at least not until I can get to grips with it.
For me this is the difficult part. I can write the content easily enough as it's a subject I have a very keen interest in. I have no clue how to promote it though. My aim is for it to be easily accessible to like-minded people who have a passion for pro wrestling. I have set up a Twitter account to promote myself as a blogger along with my blog but have no clue how to get followers and thus get people clicking onto my blog.
I'm hoping the friendly people on here can offer any nugget of advice that can help get my writing out there. If you want to check out my blog I'll link it at the end of this post. Bare in mind I have only made two posts thus far and am still getting to grips with things like presentation.
