just copy-paste the whole mass planner folder over to the new VPS

At the moment no, we don't have such plans because not many people would use such a thing.. send a feature request though so we have it on file, and maybe when we have more time we'll look into it.

Quad Core 3.20Ghz AMD procesor
8GB Ram memory but usually 4-5GB Free, because chrome takes the rest
1TB 5200RPM HDD Sata III but it is HDD not SSD
Win 10 64bit
Could I use this tool on my laptop? My laptop usually never lags, I can use photoshop and illustrator at the same time along with some other very demanding apps like AutoCad, google chrome with 30tabs opened, music on top of all that, etc.

I would be using it for HEAVY ussage.
2-4fb accounts posting each 200times in groups daily.
1Pinterest account just following others and pinning their stuff
1Instagram account just to follow daily 400 people
1Twitter account (for now) to follow 1k people every day
1FB page to be managed 10-12 posts a day
Google + 1account, joining communities, posting 100-200 posts a day, following other users etc.

Dont worry about my huge ussage, I got old accounts, they never get ban, I am almost posting this much manually and everything runs like a charm, but my hands will break from using keyboard and mouse to do this manual work, glad I found your software

About 4-5k actions a day if not more. So will this work on my laptop?

Instagram posting always worked after we released it, maybe you had a problem on your side, when/if this happens just contact support and they will take a look. As for smspva integration, the problem was that IG changed how they worked, they used to don't care with what phone number you verify your account, so you could also re-verify with a different number and it was ok. At a point they switched and after you used a number that number was locked in, you could not use another. Smspva would always give a different number and never keep the one you used so they because useless to use with Ig, because you did not have access to the same number, that is why we removed them.

I have been using Massplanner for more that a year now. Amazing software + Amazing support.

Yes, for the subscription you have 12 accounts, 2 for each platform we support, we have extra modules (one time payment) for more accounts, there's also the instagram edition $17 per month with unlimited accounts and all instagram modules enabled.

This is definitely not heavy usage it should run fine with those, heavy usage is when you want to do the same with 100-300 accounts for each platform

Can you check what happens when you log in via your phone? Also, contact our support please and they will help you with this.
