My following stops at 600...

Using FL.

My following for new accounts stop at 600. FL shows that it follows people everyday, but following count doesn't change. I do not follow private users. I do not have blacklist. I do not do anything different. It happens NOT on ALL the accounts, more like 50/50.

Does anyone have this problem as well? What is a workaround?

It's because you have less than 40 folllowers.
Once you get +40, you will be able to follow more...

Might be Temporary ban aswell, Leave thouse accounts out for 48 hours and try again

I dont know if it's official or not, but 100% this is the reason.

Thanks for this. I have a few accounts which are stuck at around 600 followings and had no idea this was the reason why.
So the question is other than buying followers how do we revive these accounts? The follow4follow method would obviously not work

Yess, mine all have less than 40.
