I am doing the same thing, I have 20 accounts all with their own unique IP running in Mass Planner. I currently have them adding targeted groups and friends. I have setup the schedule so there is not a ton of activity going on each and every day it is spread across a week. I also found some RSS feeds of motivational or key themes that capture posts which run as a campaign to keep eye catching and engaging posts on each profile. Then on other days I have started to share the posts from my fan page on the walls and to a couple groups per profile. With Facebook being so strict I don't want to flood groups so I am expecting it to take a little bit longer to build and turn around a decent return but hoping not to loose accounts.

You can use a native one, it's not a problem.

There is no implication at all, you can reside locally (in real life) in country A, make it look like you are from country B (in profile details) and join groups that are targeted mostly to country C. Those 3 things are not correlated at all so far, so there won't be any problems. What the OP meant is that in case you are promoting UK offers for example like he is and you mistakenly target groups from US county but with the same UK county name, your offers won't convert in these groups, because they are for UK users only, not US ones!

If clicks are not rolling in, then you have to work on either your cta (call to action) or your landing page

I have dynamic IP but the IP. on whatmyip dot com do not change. why is that? . also DHCP is enabled. one thing good doe is sims are very cheap here in the Philippines 1 sim = 10cents dollars.

Where did you buy that sim cards? Based on my canvas last few days, 1 sim cost almost 1$.
