Indexing Web 2.0 sites

I have some manually built web 2.0 sites that I'm using for tier 1 links. It's been over 1 month and a few of them are yet to get indexed in Google. I've noticed that Wordpress now automatically pings search engines using Pingomatic.com and I was wondering how effective it would be for getting sites indexed?

Thanks, but how exactly do I go about getting the links? Do you just do it manually by signing up on each of the sites?

Generally you need to build backlinks to web 2.0's to get them to index or Blast them with GSA .
