Customer service is VERY responsive and helpful though. They tried to help, but their Chicago server was just too slow for my needs. I need 3ms ping or less and 300 up and down as a minimum on a windows VPS.

Not entirely sure if you have posted this review for the right company because we do not offer any servers in Chicago and neither we advertise that we are selling and offering Chicago servers anywhere.

Further, its impossible to achieve 3ms ping test unless and unless you are purchasing a server that is physically located in the same city where you are trying to ping. For am example, if you ping a Los Angeles server to another Los Angeles server, then and only then you can expect 1-4ms ping test. Also, all our VPS has around an average download and upload speed of around 200-400 Mbps normally and these are on our running nodes, this information is always provided by us to all the customers over the live chat or any other platform they try to communicate with us. We do not advertise speed on the empty node as that would be little vague.

Finally, regarding any server being slow, it also depends on where you are physically located and how your network gets connected.

They can rarely answer my questions and are keep sending me the same answer like they can't even speak english. I have a upgraded my VPS and they keep telling me to restart me server for it to work. I have done that 3 times now and have told them that but they keep telling me the same answer like a automatic bot answering or something. Disapointed...

Wow ! Just WOW ! I cant believe how crap hosting i've been so used to in the UK ! ( EUK HOSTING ) & ( WEB HOSTING UK.COM) these were aparently *good* hosting......then i done tests and they were crap! I mean really crap. They were that bad i got refunds after 2 days.
