I actually haven't seen links on ahrefs after i ordered that 5k contextual blast, it's been a week now and still don't see the links, not sure what's going on with that

Contextual links don't show up in ahrefs very well, mixed links and the more spammier ones show up much better. Ahrefs, for some reason takes their sweet time in finding the contextual links.

Completely normal to not see many links in ahrefs for contextual blasts. I do see some links just not many, I ran your links through the indexer again anyway.

Most of the contextual links are do follow, probably 75%.

on what tier is this best used on?

Depends on your situation. If you're working on a long term site you'll want to use this as a 2nd tier or even 3rd tier if you're working on a parasite or something "less long term" then you can blast directly.
