Hi Karupoiss,

"Trials/Free" generally means your traffic has registered for free (created an account on the respective offer) using only their email.

"Conversion" info (even with no associated revenue) usually means one of your leads/free registrations have upgraded their account and just recently provided their credit card information on file. This is great news.

Of course, if the user hasn't spent anything yet - then there's of course no Revshare income to pay out--but it does usually indicate they may be looking to spend money soon! ;-)

Hey, I should be getting paid on the 15th of this month and the payment section has this "Conditions that apply to "first time" payments via Payoneer:
A confirmation link will be sent to you at the latest 1 day prior to payment date. You MUST confirm in order for us to process payment in your Payoneer account. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days after the usual payment date to receive your first Payoneer payment."

I have yet to receive any confirmation links. I already have a Payoneer acc. Can you please take a look at my payment settings? My aff ID is: 2872281.

We checked your account (2872281) and checked with our Accounting Department and we can confirm that the 1st time Payoneer account mailing for you to confirm/link your Payoneer account was sent to you on July 11th.

The Subject should have been, "Mandatory Payoneer Account Confirmation" -- if you wanna take another look and double check your inbox for it?

With that said: if you have emailed [email protected] in the past seeking support, each support request is assigned a ticket number. Can you please PM us one of the tickets you created that you said went unanswered? We'd like to look into that & see what happened here.
