I moved to South Carolina a few years back. Definitely not enough nice hiking trails here, but I make do with what I can.

Really nice Capturing those beautiful natures.
I really liked those mist spreading up all over those places and a little water stream bed flowing at the side of the mountains.

Those are absolutely beautiful pictures. How far was this hike?

They are from different hikes. The one to triund is 9KM ( from Mcleodganj) , it's a beautiful walk in the mountains. Triund to indrahar is around 14 hrs round trip but in treacherous terrain. You either carry equipment to survive a night at high altitude or get back to base camp (triund) by 2-3 PM (That's when the weather changes and visibility is reduced to almost 0) . This is in the Himachal Pradesh part of the Himalayas.

Uttarakhand (Part of the Himalayas too) is around 500 KMS from HP. It's filled with a lot of beautiful treks. The one in the picture is from " yamunotri" region. Its at a altitude of 3K+ meters and the temple is very close to where the river begins. There is an advanced trek starting from this point to "saptarishi kund" but i unfortunately don't have pictures.
