I'm not sure what you mean but I will explain right now what we are currently offering.

We would like additional people to review our accounts, so we are willing to give out review accounts for FREE up front. Normally the accounts to not come with a payment method attached, but since these are review accounts, we are willing to provide a payment method at this time if needed. The only cost to those who review is paying us a % commission of the total spend of the account. Lets say we agreed upon 5%. If the reviewer spends $500 in advertising, they would pay us a $25 fee for that spend on the account.

For these accounts, FB bills at each threshold, so at $25, then $50, then $250, then $500, then $750 and repeating at $750 then on. Also they collect at end of the month too.
