I found the below tools by just a little search in Google.

Try GSA SEO Indexer or the free service indexkings.

If you need something solid like a physical program then GSA SEO Indexer is okay.

Having said that, things like Lindexer and Instant Link indexer are good too. If you have a look at the GSA users forum there are some great threads about link indexers they use and how fast they are to do their job.

The "free" version online are hit and miss. You might be waiting a while for stuff to actually index properly.
