Hello people, I have amazon prime and I ordered a Item to my buyer, but I just saw it says " Usually Ships In 3 - 5 months " Should I refund this to the buyer or should I continue with the order ? Cause I afraid It is too long time and I can't risk having negative feedback or refund ( if possible since ebay count it as a defect for refunding ) The product is sold by amazon, so will I able to get the 2 days shipping time ?

If it's going to take longer than you specified in the listing then refund the customer OR let them know as soon as possible but that's only if it's going to be a few extra days, not months.

I've dealt with this quite a bit in the past, best advice is to find another source asap. 3-5 months is really saying it's probably out of stock for good, or at least it's a safe assumption

Just refund it... trying to get the sale with this sort of wait time will piss them off and may get you a bad review.

Order that product thru whatever means you need to get it to your customer. This is the step you take when you screw up and not keep your listings current and updated.

Check for alternative Amazon sellers with the same product, maybe for similar price maybe additional shipping cost. Or google the model number and order one from overstock.com or walmart.

Whatever needs to happen, I believe that its worth not getting a strike against your seller rating.

OMG that's too long. I wonder what product that is... It's okay as long as you let your customer know. Send them an e-mail and wait for their response. If they say they can wait, then there's no problem.
