I don't really see it being a problem if you are only uploading political stuff because it's in the public interests to know the information and the government work for us i have never had issues uploading political stuff...

The potential in this is huge, do you do any research before posting or do you just upload what ever you see first?

Well Politics in the UK is quite binary. Obviously I pick current events on the day, go through about the 5 programs / 2 News channels daily then upload them. In this type of niche there's a very big advantage of being first to upload a News story and that's what I aim to do.

I'm surprised that they don't monetize.

Hoped views would be a little higher but you have to keep building a backlog/audience.

Also my CPM has dropped from about $4.40 (June) to $3.5 for the first 5 days of this month. Hopefully it goes back up during the end of the month. Also my Page CTR rate has dropped from about 5% to around 3.5%. Still should easily make more than the $791.81 of last month. Also don't know if anything to do with it but UK + USA share has gone from 61% in June to 51% in the 5 days of July.

Was thinking of opening my content to larger than just UK politics to add different countries and whether to create a new channel to do so.

Subscriber count is now at 1679 as well.

What i would do if your already not is check bbc/sky news (have it on standby) and soon as something happens post straight away because at the moment politics in the UK is literately updating every 10-15 minutes with new news during the day... Did you make some good money from all the news stories from the 24th last month?

It takes time to increase the views.

*Btw, there's a dip at the end because it's not the full week.

Week 16 started upload video's. Only got 474 views and only made $0.26. You just have to be consistent, be quick at uploading current news and results will come.

Try upload More related videos for other country like US, u may get more viewers or simply create new channel and use anotations to notify ur viewers. That may hekp build more viewers in no time

So I've been wanting to get into YouTube by can't figure out any content ideas. So if I got it right you just screen save live tv news reports and upload them to YouTube and your already killing it financially?

Don't get me wrong I am not trying to put him down for channel longevity, I'm trying to believe it and trust it (not hating, pleased for him).

So standard youtube adsense monetization or a particular network for your 2 channels? Congrats too by the way.

There is something that doesn't make sense about the second screenshot by the way, how come that you had the max pike of subscribers at the meginning of your channel when views were low? Did u purchase them?
