Does being a Jr. VIP mean you're supposed to know everything? Is there something you didn't know? Did you not ever ask questions about something that's not clear to you?

As @VapeMonkey told me, nobody knows yet the exact method on how to make it to explore page but "powerlikes" sure does help. I am aware that there are a lot of threads discussing this. I never really asked, I just told the OP that I wish I knew and if I did, I would probably share it. Now @Jaymien you don't need to be a bitch about it. Just be glad that you know "everything" about Instagram. I am happy for you.

Alright, didn't mean to sound like a dick, but it just felt like you were random posting, so I'm sorry for that, it was just a misinterpretation of what you wrote. And it just felt like you were replying for the sake of the posts' count.

Jr. VIP doesn't mean that you have great knowledge, but at least it should mean that you're somewhat able to search and find what you need on this forum, particularly if there are so many threads about this matter.

You can hit explore page pretty quickly with that, and I doubt we'll ever be able to know the exact formula as Instagram keeps changing constantly.

Seriously though, I wish I could tell exactly how to make it to explore page every time I post. The first time it happened to me I got around 1k+ followers and I even thought it was just because I made it to the Top Posts for some of the popular hashtags. Someone explained to me that it's not just because of the hashtags, it's definitely because of the explore page.

I have multiple hashtags that i rank great at popular section but i think explore channel is for the "celebs" of instagram = People like it - people talk there - people mention others to take part into conversation... I think this is easy to do artificially... Recipe to get into explore page would be IMO:

1. Get exposure with following and liking.
2. While you are getting exposure... Blast your instagram with single best high quality photo you can get with your skillset and post related best hashtags into comments.. full 30 tags + image needs a "take action"-effect in it = Sexy photo.. poeple will interact with you and comment on your post saying you look hot or something similiar... "that looks delicious!" when you post photo of a half eaten ham with mustard.
3. Take part in the conversation and try to maintain commenting by replying so that maybe you want to have their greater oppinion... i shall call it Mono Article Re-Engagement System.. MARES or if you are a cryptic DaVinci code breaker.. WARES as "what you have to offer for the public? Show me your WARES".

I have used Instagres for few months month or so back and i received great engagement = few orders on my jewelry line (i'm a designer) but when i stopped instagress... orders stopped and no wonder! Now i bought FollowLiker and i'm waiting for it to arrive in my inbox so i can maybe sell more of my products to public = gain more of an celeb status in local instagram world but we will see.

Haha, well, still not used to the new forum.

Yeah, the explore page is truly the most important thing. Getting on Top Pics of hashtags will help this, as if you get on Top Pics you will get more likes. And getting more likes will increase the chance of striking on the explore page.

I would suggest putting the hashtags as a "stair." Having lower rank hashtags where you can get on top easily, and once on top, you'll get a small boost that will help to get on top of the next "#" (which is bigger than the one before), and so on.

There's no perfect way to ensure this 100%, as there are a lot of factors, and different accounts seem to behave in a different manner as well. (I was unlucky enough to have an account that I'm currently giving up on since it seems it is limited and can't get on Explore page).
It certainly requires some trial and error regarding Hashtags Choice, Timing, Pic Quality and Luck (yes, luck is involved as well).

Yeah, I've done the same thing. Started working on a new account 3 days ago and it had 2 followers and 1 following in the beginning.

I posted one single pic and it got on explore page (the pic currently has 8,500 likes and it's still growing slowly), and that gained me almost 1k followers on the first day.

The account is currently at almost 1700 followers.

Yea, this pic is totally fake, definitely impossible to pull those numbers, oh must be fake for sure! I used chrome "inspect element" for sure to edit those figures.

Powerlikes is a new buzz word in the Instagram game after some guy, now banned, mentioned this. It is referred to as huge pages liking your photo and only your photo.

People are giving you lots of advice already. To grow organically just use follow/unfollow, likes, choose relevant hashtags and definitely stick to quality content and post at regular times. To grow your account you'd have to invest at some point anyway. It's hard to grow big just purely on manual labor. There are a lot of good threads on here, just look around. Good luck!

Don't want to be too picky, but that's actually not organic growth. You follow a bunch of people and a lot of them are just following you back out of courtesy.

If you like an users pic and they follow you is still better than an obtained user by following them.

The best audience and engagement you get with people who follow you by themself because of genuine interest.

True. I guess it depends on what is meant by organic. In my head it's either something completely natural and people are following you just because they really like the content or it can also mean not using any bots etc.

Organic "something" is well defined. If the follow/like/comment comes as a result of your action, it is not organic. Lets not confuse the terms and think we are free to mix them up.
