How to learn Facebook advertising for driving traffic

I want to learn how to use ads to drive lots of Facebook traffic. My goal for the moment is traffic, not particularly to sell anything. (Monetization is with display ads.)

I've run ads before, but not very successfully.

Does anybody have ideas for how to learn this? I'm thinking of taking a course from Udemy or similar -- any recommendations?

Its a good idea to take a course for learning the basics, you can also look in youtube, there are a lot of tutorials that can help you.

The basics are already there, you just pay facebook to advertise for you. That's a start for you.

Your niche/keyword is the determinant factor for your outcome.

if you want to drive traffic, you need an account to be able to bite delicious continuous cash and some skill to set up an ad - which you can learn through the forum or google.
