Thats a weird thing you want.
You could try to use a vpn, and login to your account through some other IP, that might triggered Facebook security, they will block your account and ask for verification.
Although I dont know why you would want that.

Here's how to do it ..

make a new email for the account .. log in into it .. add that email and change the password for the first time.

log out and log in with the old password .. send password change to the email .. and change the password ..

keep doing this and you will get ID verification

if this doesn't work for you .. let me know ..

Probably, the easiest way to force fb into ID verification.
