at the rate I'm at, it'll take till at least end of year to get up to 20-30K, unless I get a sudden boost (which seems to happen more frequently).

Hi,
I'd like to spend 2 seconds here discussing this as I don't approve when somebody accuses other members of being fraudulent without facts.
First of all, you guys know me very well, and you know that I'm always ready to share new stuff about Instagram with you.
And I know @VapeMonkey very well, I'll vouch for him because he's not only legit and has a remarkably comprehensive knowledge about Instagram mechanics, but he's also a surprisingly gentle person that helped me many times and never turned his back on me.
The method he's using IS legit, it IS working, and it IS NOT private. As a matter of fact, discussions about this very method have been arising in this forum section during the past weeks multiple times.
To be honest, the first thread about this stuff has been created more than two months ago. Moreover, I started a topic about this less than one week ago, and everything is public.
I will say it multiple times if it's needed. Instagram (and IM in general) is not an easy job, you can't expect to get big in 5 minutes, but if you are dedicated enough to waste hours upon hours to do your research, to study things and to ask the right people, you will eventually achieve your goals.
I realize it might seem complicated at the beginning and even unrealistic, but before jumping to conclusions, I will suggest trying another behavior. We are a community so people should respect and help each others, and since we have similar goals working together is better. I know this is not the first time you act like this, but I honestly hope this will be the last one.

I have read countless threads and have gone through quite a few journeys, but being a newbie and all, I'm unsure what method you're referring to. Are you by any chance referring to the like/engagement groups etc?

It's the like method. Straight after upload you get big pages to like your photo and it takes off. You need to be in a network with big pages...trouble is if you are small nobody will give a fuck about you.
If you are big already it is easier as you can network work similar sized accounts quite easily
