Many of your know, I review each and every content provider on the forum that I possible can.
Placed an order yesterday with the 24 hour +$5 bonus fee. They have a custom order form and the problem with custom order forms is they don't always work. So ya, the form didn't send the ~300 words that I sent with very detailed instructions on what I wanted. This is why Wuforms and Jotform are so damn popular, or rather people just use Skype, Email or BHW PMs to run their service. They never screw up.
The article came through today and it was entirely useless to me because it didn't follow anything I said because the instructions came through blank, so they offered to "touch up" the article. Great! So I sent over instructions and haven't heard back for a few hours. Now we are beyond my 24 hour deadline and really not happy that they are ignoring me on Skype right now.
I ordered from 5 different content providers this week. Yes, like I said, I test EVERYONE as soon as I spot a new thread. One provider shot over my article in less than 4 hours with no extra TAT fee, and he dealt with me entirely through PM, no order form needed. He told me my 800 word article was on the house because I "buy from all his competition" and he wanted me to really test his service and win my long term business. I of course, turned down that offer and paid him.
It's a shitty deal to compare services, but I am just not happy. Hopefully we can spin thing around.
I'll give this service a 6/10. I'll update below if I see fit.

Honestly this is the best article that has been written in this niche. It was tough too. Product reviews on 5 products that were only slightly different from each other. I literally just said, "go to this URL if you need to see the products". They investigated and delivered a very well written 1,000 word article!

Just got my articles back and wow he really exceeds expectations. The writing is definitely from a U.S. writer.

You were not being ignored, we simply weren't on Skype to answer you immediately. The reason the gig took over 24 hours is because you didn't have the article details when we asked for it them via Skype. We were simply waiting for you to send the article details so we could fix the article for you free of charge. If you like the other services/writers on blackhatworld then by all means work with them. They may suit your specific needs better than us since we do not usually get 300 word directions.
PS - Any client of ours can give us directions/details via skype, email, or our order forms. We are not only available via order forms as suggested in this review. The order forms have worked fine so far, however I guess not for 300 word directions.

Where do you want to go from here... is the article being worked on or are you going to opt for a refund? I believe you had me pre-pay if I remember correctly? I've ordered from so many services, I've forgotten if I paid upfront or not, but I think I did.
Guys, my review does not reflect the quality of the content here, but just the user experience. From other reviews, it seems the guy can research articles well. However, I do stand up for members and share my honest experience on each service I use. I am comparing this service directly to other services of the $3 per 100 words range and the experience I've had with the 10-15 that I have dealt with on here. This is exactly why I test all services with just a single article before deciding what my future will be with them.

I have not been online the past 7 hours, I have not been home much today, you are jumping to an awful lot of conclusions. You left your review saying you that we were ignoring you just 3 hours after not getting answered on Skype. I don't appreciate you trying to smear my reputation because I didn't answer you within 3 hours, that's a bit ridiculous.
If you have already received your article and decided to leave a 6/10 rating, then I am fine with that, and it seems our business here is done.
Both the thread and my website clearly say no refunds once your order is placed.
Keep up with the services you are offering buddies. I will say that content generation is one of the key areas that will barely go out of demand. The field has very many people and what I will urge you is find the niche that you will be working on. It will help you have focus on the right areas and thus easier to have control over the quality of articles that you generate.

Right now, I have paid I believe somewhere around $20-25 and I have a useless article due to a system malfunction.
I offered to amend all reviews but it's clear from the replies, the OP is not interested in fixing things.

The reason you are not being answered is because I have already blocked you on skype. I am choosing to not do business with you anymore, you are very unprofessional. Now stop spamming this thread as you have nothing to add.
The article was very well written and professional, just read our other reviews.
All other buyers have had a good experience, what a weird coincidence...

You misunderstand my review. I'm not bashing your article quality, I'm bashing your customer service for a flaw that was entirely on your end.

I'm not misunderstanding anything, there was not a flaw, you simply didn't have your article information, then tried to hurt my business with a bogus review. I don't work with unprofessional people like that.

Your system not accepting my text is not my fault. It was pushed through.
My honest review is part of my job as a BHW member to share all experiences with the forum. If you don't welcome bad reviews and rather keep unhappy customers as unhappy customers, go for it. It only costed me $20 to learn, but it's costing you lost customers.
