As a guy that has been looking to buy one of his businesses, i can tell that comlanies are looking for at least 12 months of earnings to value sites for greater than 12 months of average income. So for 100k you would need around 5k in average income (or 60k in 12 months) to get more than 12 months of income. The more months you earn, the more you can sell it off for. So maybe you should aim for July-September 2017 to get a lot more than 12 months in earnings.

You shouldn't point PBN links you don't control directly at your money site.That will do more harm than good.
No it won't. It works really well for me. It's not as safe as using a PBN all by yourself. I actually reserved a whole network for my own sites, but that is way more expensive and not suggested if you are just starting out in my opinion
Very interested to see how this develops, especially as Tommy's new guest blog post BST pretty much slams PBN's. Obviously not all are created equal, so kudos to the OP for opening sharing which service is being used. I'm guess you're going with the 20 posts for $80 month, right?
Correct. As I said above, I reserved it for my own sites actually, so it is a bit more expensive than the packages offered there, but I have more sites that I need to rank so it is worth it in the end

How many articles are you looking to publish per month?
At this current point, no. I will be looking to expand once I have started to rank higher for the first niche and expand to related niches.
I'm more interested in how you'll use those PBNs. I mean if you have 10-20-30+ articles, where will you send those PBN links to?
I currently have 20 posts on the site. I will divide them fairly randomly. Most of them, probably around 10 per month will go to the homepage, then the rest will go to different inner pages of mine in order to rank for other terms other than the main. I am sure I'd rank with sending all the backlinks to the homepage as I have interlinked the site properly, but to boost some other keywords and not appear unnatural I'll spread the rest 10 out on different inner pages (in example, how to clean a toaster and best cheap toaster)
Update 1
First update, I left out some important information in the OP so I thought I'd add it now.
The current rankings for the main keyword is #22, the main keyword got 30,000 searches per month for a buyer intended keyword. Others are around 720-1000 searches each, I track 20 keywords, but focus mainly on the main keyword. Links alone will make me rank for pretty much everything so I do not worry about tracking EVERYTHING. Just some keywords I put in a year ago or something.
I sent along a list of anchors (using the 30/30/20/10/10 guideline) with URLs to target as well as what anchors to use, so the first 20 PBNs are in the making! I will use the same type of anchors each month but switch the LSIs and also the generic ones so that I don't have the same over and over again.
The updates will be put out as often as I can, and when I think I should update you. I am working on a lot of different projects and this is just a small one in relation to all my others, but I wanted to share the process with you as I said I would hammer the "massive site" with a lot of PBNs but decided not to.
