One question, there is an option "Google Image Size Option". I picked "Larger Than 640x480", but some images I got are below this resolution. Anything wrong?

If you are having issues with avast letting you access this file then add an exception to "ultimateimagescraper.com" before starting the download.

UIS works with sites that do not require a login to use the search functionality on the sites. You can use the Google Image Scraper option also to scrape from additional sites, E.g:
site:tumblr.com "Keyword"
OR:
inurl:".tumblr.com" "Keyword"

UIS has no demos available, the price for BHW members is only $14.95 for the lifetime version

If you are having any issues send an email to [email protected] with more information & I can look into the issue(s) you may encounter. To use proxies simply click the Load Proxies button on the Setting tab & load your proxies from a text file in the format shown upon clicking that button.

There are no additional costs. I cannot guarantee that the sites you wish to be implemented can be added into the bot as I do not know which sites you are requesting yet, the Google Image Scraper allows for custom site search also, E.g:
site:website.com "Keywords"
