Google ads may not be placed on adult or mature content. This includes content which may contain:

  • nudity or strategically covered nudity
  • sheer or see-through clothing
  • lewd or provocative poses
  • sexual activities
  • sexual fetishes (ie foot fetish content)
  • crude or indecent language (ie erotic stories, adult comment spam in postings)
  • sexual performance tips or advice
  • adult toys or products
  • ads or links to external sites containing adult content
  • adult links and/or adult keywords within the meta data in the source code of your site
For more information about keeping your content family-safe,blah blah blah

I could list a thousand places where I see their ads with the above materials

I also got this one:

Our program policies do not permit any alteration to AdSense code which artificially inflates ad performance or harms advertiser conversions. Your publisher account offers a number of options when generating the ad code, which we hope will allow you to create an ad layout that fits in with your site. It is also not allowed to place ads on mobile optimized sites so that they cover any part of the site content or implementing parts of a webpage to cover any portion of the ads. Please be aware that if you have a responsive website design that ads may shift into non compliant positions as the format of the screen changes.

Funny I am using their exact code placed in a WP theme that displays everything just fine, and the site they complained about barely gets any visitors!

honestly my other sites are far more deceptive yet they get a pass, due to their traffic maybe? Making them money and they look the other way

Remember: You are dealing with a mindless bureaucracy, so common sense does not apply!

Cantonman is quite right. Google has grown so large it's just a pool of sticky mess! Nothing makes any sort of sense and the more algorithms they create the worse the mess will become.

On the plus side, you can exploit those many, many blind spots created by algorithms and inadequate procedures to set yourself up with a nice income - that's where BHW will help you out!!!

thats true but their accounts will get banned immediately if the have adult content in their sites specially from the last update of ads

there's a limit with the level a content that may be called adult, and yes lot of blogs place them and nobody cares
but with this year updates, they are even banning accounts who never breached any tos, the new invalid activity update may shave all your earnings lol
they know lot of people are using blackhat methods, in 2015 23% of they display ads was served using blackhat techniques
they always knew it, just decided to stop it now since it was taking the downhill
