There's a reason this bot is running for a year now. If the users were to be banned we wouldn't be constantly updating software and the users would not be leaving positive feedback here, we kept all these things in mind before creating the bot.

Well, it depends upon the user of it. Even if done manually, people get banned for overdoing things. I suggest moderation. Bot's working great for me. Take a look (screenshot)

Yes, IG don't allow to like posts without follow.
