Or pay a freelancer to recreate them.
Or purchase one and see if you can reverse engineer the URL. Good luck with that though.

Well, if you use vectors you haven't purchased for commercial purposes I would assume you can quickly run into some big problems.

That is really not how it works.
My suggestion is if you get these vectors you should change them enough.. like color and take something out .. maybe combine two..
You may get away with it for a little but if you use them for anything big or someone notices you are in for a world of hurt .. and I doubt you will of gained more then they can come after you for

I like the direction though .. just my suggestion is to change it a bit. Don't just copy paste someones work
Man that actually isn't that complicated at all. You could just place the image onto an artboard and then use it as a reference. Basically just retrace it yourself using the pen tool, text tool, and shape tools. Then you could set the colors and gradients however you want.
