I tried what you recommended it works for pics but not the vectors. I'm trying to get the actual .eps or .ai files

Tried importing the pictures into AI and tracing them?

Or pay a freelancer to recreate them.

Or purchase one and see if you can reverse engineer the URL. Good luck with that though.

if emailed just delete the image or replace and do not not answer any email with scare tactics

They have ways. You sound pretty naive. I personally know people who have been served by stock image companies' lawyers. I wouldn't risk it in 1,000 years.

That is really not how it works.

My suggestion is if you get these vectors you should change them enough.. like color and take something out .. maybe combine two..

You may get away with it for a little but if you use them for anything big or someone notices you are in for a world of hurt .. and I doubt you will of gained more then they can come after you for

Man that actually isn't that complicated at all. You could just place the image onto an artboard and then use it as a reference. Basically just retrace it yourself using the pen tool, text tool, and shape tools. Then you could set the colors and gradients however you want.

I think you should pay attention to what THECORE1337 was saying, copyright can be a really big deal, especially when dealing with images from stock image companies. Copyright protection is a big deal anyway, but companies like shutterstock, and getty can be really aggressive.

I guess it really depends on what you are planning to do with them, if you just want to create a fake certificate for yourself and you need to match the certificate being used then copyright probably isn't something that will ever come up. But if you want to give that certificate out to others, or post it online for others to use then it would really be just as easy and much safer to use illustrator, corel or whatever to just create similar ones yourself.
