I'm spending my time trying to get in touch with support, no-one answers the chats or support tickets.
I have one project who is late (again), I was told yesterday it was done and i'd receive it within a few hours, but nothing. And now can't get in touch with anyone from Epic write.
You guys provide good quality content, but it's a bit crazy how I have a support ticket open for almost every project. You should work on your communication with customers.

They are soon out of business if they proceed this way. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING from them again that's for sure. I have escalated my dispute to PayPal because this guy declined my refund request! I don't want your articles any longer so make my refund OP!

I do notice a lot of bad reviews on this service. I would like to say that I got a review copy and although it did take a very long time to get ( I actually forgot I asked for one). The quality of the article was pretty damn good. I am not sure what is going on with the OP and his writers. Since the quality is good, maybe he should think about taking less orders at a time. Instead of promising a TAT that he can not deliver.

And the bad reviews will keep coming until I get my refund. You cheated me and you didn't deliver. When I opened a dispute with PayPal you declined it and PayPal decide in your favor. I have still not my articles and still not a refund... You must be total broke since you want to SCAM people for $24... I hope you can get your business running with MY $24 you must really depend on that money, you're so lousy. You are a great example to why some are scared to buy something from the BST section. I will never order anything from you again... for all other people, find some other Article writers in the BST sections there are really some good ones that deliver!

I had an awful experience with these last year. The communication is crap and the TAT is a joke. I had to open a paypal dispute too. The OP is not arsed about poor reviews or poor feedback, so many members on here dont bother reading the thread and just see "free review article". This thread should have been closed a long time ago in my opinion.

Yeah I know that, but I also know that it hurt him everytime we bring this up in this thread, The guy is a SCAM and he is a arrogant piece of shit! So he took my $24 and I will post in this thread as long as I don't get my money! I'm sure that everytime I post here he will at least loose one of the the guys that would have paid so I get satisfaction for my $24!
