Hillarious customer support. No one on the support end no replies through live chat. Waiting for hours and still no useful reply.

Even if they reply they don't know what they are saying I guess copying some sort of scripts they have,

its been 3 days and every single day my site goes down at the very same time and than comes back online after a few hours.

once their live chat responded told me that there was an issue in my site and than disappeared when I asked that if there is an issue with my site how could it possibly come up once again all on its own after some time.?
