How to find low CPC keywords?

Hello folks.
I'm not asking for some kind of secrets or your personal methods (unless you want to share them )
But is there a tool, or maybe a guide here on BHW that explains how to dig out some low comp KW's?

I'm OK with tools that costs money (If it's really worth it).

And if you don't have an advice for me, that's cool too. Thanks for checking out the thread

Do you want low competition keywords or low CPC keywords? If you need low cpc keywords means GKP is enough.

YEAH, you can use most SEO tools for that. I'm currently using SEMRush on top of Google tools to research keywords for competition and CPC. But I wouldn't recommend this approach for someone who just started.
As I'm always eager to play with new tools, I can suggest you instead few good ones:

dicrease CPC. for exampe if keyword cost is 0.5$ u can decraease it on 0.4 if adword will send traffic u will calculate if 0.4 is good for u. ( u must not stop) dicrease next time -0.1 and etc. i ahve keyword in raly google needs 0.3-0.6$ but i pay to google only 0.1 or 0.5$ max. test thet all
