I build manually high quality links to my website, all done very carefully and hand-picked.
I wanted to ask you - are there any effective ways to boost my 1st Tier links?

yes, you can share them to social media/network sites and get some shares/follow/likes to that, that will bring you some good value to your tier1... offcourse make sure your tier links are with DA value sites to get the best out of it.

Load it up with some good spam using ser, scrape your own lists or buy a decent one.

YES, I would say it will work 100% if you post on high quality real websites in your niche. Pick the best sites and approach the blog owners for getting the guest post done.

I can not understand, most people spamming to death tier 1 links and at the same time saying its not ok to spam money site, do you think sites where your tire 1 have super shields or what ? =)
I think you need to follow one of the techniques, keep everything away from spam or spam everything unless your money site is a week old and have 0 links in profile.
