Pay for Targeted Advertisement Clicks: Stupid or Genius?

I have been thinking about this topic for a long time now, and I am turning to BHW for support.

Is creating a website where users pay for advertisement clicks stupid or actually worth a shot?

Please let me know in the comments if there are any websites out there where this is currently a reality.

But let me get to the brainstorming.

FACT: There are hundreds of different ways to get targeted visitors to your website to drive traffic and boost your adsense earnings.

What if I told you that I know a way to get those targeted visitors to click and spend time on ads and websites?

Here is my idea:

Registered users pay to have others users:

1. Click on their website advertisements
2. Register for their website
3. Post blog comments
4. Review products and articles on their sites
5. ETC

Visitors would come to my website and pay a price to get one of the above listed. The users would then submit their website. I would then initiate the necessary procedures to drive traffic to their site and get high quality, real users to do what was requested.

Maybe by setting a high enough price, I could even freelance other internet users into joining my site to become part of a community group, where users can swap ad clicks for blog comments or simply ad clicks for ad clicks or something like that.

The idea is still in production, but I was curious as to see what the world of Black Hat has to say about it.

I mistakenly clicked stupid on the vote by accident, I mean't to click genius but wasn't looking. This is a great idea by the way, I would definitely be interested in something like this I've been looking for real quality traffic. If we can work something out let me know.

Thank you for letting me know if your mistake! It gives me drive to know a few of you believe that this is actually a good idea to try and accomplish. Hopefully I'll get a little more feedback and I'll get started on the coding as soon as possible and we can see what happens from there.

For now, I'll definitely keep you in the loop and maybe later on down the road we can partner up.
