Yes you'd want to send the item to an address you control; either a friend's address that hasn't used eBay before (you can order item as gift), rent a mail forwarded address and have the package sent to you, or even rent like a UPS rented address for eBay (if you need one more long term).

Thanks for the info. It has helped very well... I do have another question, however, I have a mifi hotspot and the 3G is super slow. I'll be purchasing an amplifier, but was really thinking about switching out the mifi for a Jetpack 4 g. The question is if the Jetpack from Verizon also refreshes IP address the same as the mifi 2200 3G? Would you happen to know? Thanks!
