Instagram Unfollow Automated?

Hello everyone
Is there maybe a bot(not paid ones) or imacro, that can unfollow for example 150 users..then wait 1-2h then again do that..etc?
I am doing all my unfollow manually becuase i use instagress and it is super slow when it comes to unfollow, so it is much faster if i do it manually however it is very time consuming...
Any help would be appreciated!
