You should use from 30 to 40 proxies, use 2captcha service and The DeathByCaptcha.
Tier1: You should only Premium sites.
>Tier2: All sites

Indexer and Content: Build links from active sites so that bots would come to your blog more often. One thing which really works is, set a proper time for publishing. This way, search engine bots would know when to crawl your site. Another thing that you can do is, submit the URL manually for Tier1 from Google search console. I can think of which will help you to increase site crawl rate and get better indexing in Google or other search engine

1. At the start of this month i bought 40 private and 60 semi private from buyproxies. No noticeable difference in performance, however as of today RankerX and SER shows all 40 private proxies tested as good, but it shows only 50-ish semi private are still good.
So, i recommend fully private, the cost was only $5 difference
