IG pva loop error

My account asked to to verify so used TextNow and it worked good.. It just asked me to do it again and asked for a different number to use, when I click submit it displays "oops, an error occurred"over and over? What's up with this?

Well I can put any Number in even a legit cellphone and it still says oops, an error occurred
