I'm afraid what you are looking for may be the proverbial needle in the haystack.
I guess it depends on what you consider 'high paying' ?
The reason they will offer you any decent payout for a free trial or signup
is that they are banking on smacking the user with a healthy upcharge if they fail to cancel in the allotted time. Usually the cancellation procedure is made out to be more than just a few simple clicks and your done.
So essentially they are playing the odds games.

Enough of my rambling though good luck on your search and please keep us posted.

How much do you consider high paying? I have seen up around $7 to $10 which I think is excellent for free stuff, but those were insurance type offers.

Azoogle had a lasik eye surgery signup for $50 or so. I signed up, but never received my commission.

Another place (can't remember) had a few lawyer ones for Meso, $50 to $100 a sign up, but I don't remember the terms of conversions.

But I think these two you actually had to make an appointment to receive the commission.

lol.. i meant around $5 per signup...
who dont make u wait a lot..and dont neeed to
go in for appointments! :P

Yes, there are a ton of places you can go for free signups.

The easiest signups you can get are Email and Zip Submits.

Those type of signups are the ones that pay out between $1.25 - $1.50 per signup.

that's really what I use and I spend hours looking for, NO CC free sign up
