How the Tech Support ads are Still Running on Bingads?

Hi Guys,

I am wondering how it is possible to run the Tech Support ads on bingads? I talked to one of bingads representative and they said that bingads have stopped promoting tech support ads on December last year and when i asked about the tech support ads still running on their network then they didn't gave me a straight answer.

I am also posting a SS if anyone wants to look at it.

Is anyone here know how it is possible to run these ads?

Simple! They go Blackhat with tech support, Usually using Gmail, Email login and a lot of other niches creating ads, When approved and user clicks on it you have a popup, You don't have to be direct, There are a lot of other ways to get it going,

You should be able to run tech support ads. You can run pretty much run anything on Bing besides adult. Does Bing block you from adding specific keywords?

The thing that surprise me most is that bing ads is still running. What people even use it? unless it id for a really specific small niche I don't understand how you can make money there.
