Posting to Instagram safely

So i have been looking into growing some Instagram accounts for some time and finally decided to go ahead with it.

I currently have 2 accounts created, 1 on my home ip and one on a private proxy i bought.

So what I'm wanting to know is without buying a bot such as followliker how do i go about posting to these Instagram accounts or posting to any future Instagram accounts i create without having them linked & subsequently banned by using them on the same phone?

Will it be fine to run them all on the same phone along as i have opened the accounts on different ip's?

I tried bluestacks but couldn't seem to figure out how to post photos from my computers files it just kept connecting to my computers camera for photos

Im on a Mac btw.

You don't need a proxy for 2 accounts. Just use them both on your phone normally.

I have 2 accounts on my phone + My personal account but also plan to open more niche accounts asap, And have previously opened accounts which I've since deleted also on my phone so i would rather find an alternative way if possible.

Slightly related, how safe is commenting with things like MP and FL? I'm using MP atm and don't necessarily feel comfortable using that part because it may look like spam and get my account banned. Is posting under 10 comments a day in the safe level? I don't wanna do something stupid by posting thousands of comments, which seems obvious.

Hi, can you please tell me where did you manage to buy one single proxy?
I was looking to get one, but I can only find them in selling packages of 10 and I don't need that many right now.
