I am justill getting started in SEO and website development and would love it if someone could help me in creating backlinks. I have watched many youtube videos but still don't understando how people manage to create so many in such a small period of time! Is there some sort of program that they runeed? If so can you guys please tell me the program and tell me how to setup and use?

I think PBN is little advanced method for you as you are starting. And now a days you need to be very careful if you are thinking of using PBN as backlinking method. I personally don't use PBNs. I like to do it the normal way and that's how google likes it.
You should initially look to find similar blogs like yours where you can comment with your blog link. Don't over do this and never spam in your comments. Be natural.
Secondly you should outreach to blogs in your niche which have high DA PA. You can check them on moz. You offer them to write article for them and put your article on their blog. This is the core of getting quality backlink if you do it manually. If you want to outsource there are quality backlinking services in BHW where you will get links from high DA PA sites.

Yes, there is software that create links automatically (GSA SER, SENuke, Xrumer), or you can create manual links by guest posting on niche relevant blogs, building web 2.0's, sharing on social media and so on. Or you can buy services in the marketplace if that better suits you.
