addmefast can be used for the likes not sure if it still works. but for subscribers it aint work at all, 90-100% subs will drop. youtube is very strict with subscribers & likes these days you can get your subscribers or likes counter frozen.

Real subscribers always drop, because they're real people and real people subscribe and unsubscribe to different channels regularly.

You might be interested in "real looking" subscribers, which can be non-drop but most are not real and won't drive views. This is what most here are offering you and also what panels have.
