What are the ORM tools that you are using?

I look at the problem and see what tool is needed to fix it. Looking at a set of results critically usually helps. What is missing that is typically seen? What is currently on page 1 that won't stay after you start working? Has any link building been done? Can I get the client into Huffington Post, Forbes, Entrepreneur, etc.?

Depending on the answers I select the tools best to fit the job.

What specific tools are you looking for? Link building? Content creation? Website creation? Social Media management?

For social media, one of the main tools that we use is IFTTT. We use it to share content as well as keep social media properties updated on a regular basis.

What are those you use to monitor brand mentions on the social media platforms?

Personally I don't use anything to monitor brand mentions. I focus on SERP suppression. If it's not on the first or second page, I don't usually care. I have a couple clients who have said they have a negative on twitter and we'll blast out a bunch of tweets, but nothing ongoing.
