Clickbank Conversion Rates

1%-2% of hops is considered good for conversions. Thats been my experience. Stay away from twitter traffic. It is one of the worst traffic sources IMHO. My conversions come primarily from youtube and blogs.

One person's conversion rates serve only as a target because give the same product to different people and they will convert different.

100 hops a day is good. You ought to be making one sale per day. I would question what products you are promoting, what niches you are promoting (perhaps one/both are not very good).

Discretionary spending is down but if people really desperate for something then that does not change too much.

You converting 1 in 200 which is not ideal but not that unusual sometimes for Clickbank.

Are you pre-selling OK? The worst thing to do is to give a hoplink when you didn't warm them up at all already. So they see the site and it doesn't match what they were expecting or wanting and they bail.

Check that the products you are promoting are still on clickbank and that have not implemented a whitelist

Good to hear. If you've already invested time and effort into it, quitting is the only way to guarantee that it was all for nothing, so you might as well keep going!

I never had any success with Click Bank as a publisher but I bet advertisers make a killing.

I used to have like 5% conversion rates on clickbank, that was the highest so far.

why you say "used to have"...Do you mean that lately the 5% drop down?

I am not dependant on clickbank lately. The clickbank has never an fixed percentage of conversions.

I see similar stuff. I used to make $1000 / $2000 a month from CB. Now im lucky to get $400. Hops have dropped a little but not enough for this amount of reduction.
