Didn't get email or alert from watched forum

I just added some forum sections to my watched forum, but didn't get any alert or email if there is any new thread created..

Have checked, only SEO - Link Building forum i didn't get any alert or email.

Ok, are you getting alerts for the other forum you're watching? Is it just email notifications you're not getting or are you not getting the red alert badge on the top "Alerts" link?


Please check your spam / junk folder and make sure there's nothing in there. In addition, please let me know if you're receiving other email notifications from bhw without any issue.

Yes i get both alert & email for the other forum. I didn't get alert or email for SEO - Link Building forum only, i think i didn't get any newsletter from BHW too.

Spam folder checked, there is no email from BHW. I recieved email about new reply to my conversation without any issue.
