If you have the aliplugin you can register through admitad. It usually happens instantly, but might take up to 24 hours. If you don't have it... well I guess waiting is the only option you have.

where do I find admitad I have ali plugin

Well I don't remember the exact location, but basically click on the AliPlugin and I believe it was in the bottom options. The place where you are supposed to put your aliaffiliate ID. On that page on the right side you should be seeing Admitad in big and there should be "instructions" and "register" if I'm not mistaken or something along those lines.
Another way is just to go to the site https://www.admitad.com/en/ then follow the instructions. At some point you will be asked to provide your aliplugin key. Once you are done with that you should be able to use admitad right away, but they say that some times it might take up to 24 hours.
Admitad is an affiliate network. I'm not sure which company it belongs to but aliexpess, alibaba etc... are there. I believe it's their affiliate network or at least it's the affiliate network they work the most with because Admitad give higher commissions. Admitad have 7.5% commissions while aliexpress give 7% if I'm not mistaken.
