Need someone to create phone verified uk gmail

i need someone from uk to create me a fresh phone verified gmail account [uk]. i want the creater to put my mail id in the alternate/recovery email and also i want him to sign up for me at another site and get it phone verified again from uk. i need only 1 account so first come first serve. i dont have skype so please pm me for any questions or post in these thread. i can pay $5 for this task.

these task has to be done from uk or uk IP. it doesnt matter how you do it but has to be done from UK it must look legit.
