"Contact Us" page got ranked, but nothing else & another question

Hey,
My contact us page got a pretty good rank, but nothing else, it only has a form and a download button on it...
Any idea what can I do? Should I just wait?

Also - Is there anything that I can do with flagged domains? 301 redirect or something that won't get my new domain flagged?

And last question - if I want to make duo-language site, let's say English and German, should I use Javascript in order to translate or should I make the german site on subdomain like de.domaindomaindomain.domain so it will be SEO friendly and redirect with PHP? or with Javascript?

After 301 you won't get flagged from Google you will be make your content king.
Get good backlinks and get Good OBLs with good traffic.
Update your site frequently.

No, you don't have to redirect the flagged domain to new domain because bad link juice will follow you.
Okay update your content a month is useful.
And don't choose the wrong info i mentioned about 301 your domain.
