Review:
I ordered a 30 property pack and took the review discount.
Content was passable. Not excellent but for this price point you can't expect that. What I did notice were some good on - page factors, including:
Header / Title include KW
H2 include KW
Multiple Images (Different on ALL properties)
KW placed contextually in article and it flowed well (Not just stuffed in)
These are all important on page factors often over looked and I personally appreciate. I normally tell my Web 2.0 guys to include these things in my special instructions, but OP did it automatically. Someone knows what they are doing, that is for sure.
Next thing I noticed were defaults being changed. Background color changed, images added to background, site title including KW, navigation modified in some situations. All in all good things.
Most sites used the same email for creation. Not a real foot print for most web 2.0s, but it is something I wanted to note.
Multiple articles added, all were formatted well. Not spun garbage or stuff like that.
Contact and Privacy Pages were added correctly as well.
Last note on the quality of the web 2.0s are the names. With some sellers you get "x1jt8.webgarden.com" Most of us know that is a no - no, but most sellers over look it. For my properties, they all included my KW or a variation of my root KW. This is good attention to detail. For some properties I already had my KW claimed on the web 2.0 property, the OP found good LSI or variations to use as the web 2.0 names.
So if I was targeting "purple widget" and OP could not make a webgarden with that name, he made one with "purple widget features" as the blog name. So it would be, "purplewidgetfeatures.webgarden.com" The blog names OP used were mostly KWs I am in fact targeting, but not KWs I gave him. This makes me believe he did research my website and niche to pull out some KWs to use for these properties.
I did not check the indexing or tier two on this. I used this for web 2.0 diversity to hit some long tail KWs. I am sure they will index after OPs two indexing services kick in, 600 web 2.0s, and bunch of contextual links. I normally use another service to blast my Web 2.0s with Web 2.0s but OP has it all handled in one batch.
All in all, I am satisfied with this service. Over delivery on properties, and with OPs guarantee you get what you paid for.
