From UK how can I use Webmoney.ru

Hi guys,
Need to make some purchases on a russian website but can't get qiwi.ru to work - i never recieve the text during sign up and my cards arent supported on the webmoney.ru. Should i get a vcc? Where would i get one?

make a Webmoney account then purchase webmoney wmz or wmr from their trusted exchanger

Login to your webmoney account.
Option 1. Click personal>Top-up>Money transfer>Money transfer systems>Western Union
Option 2. Click personal>WebMoney operations>Exchanger: Exchange service

btw, i never tried any of these method for top-up
